We are seeking dynamic & playful actors to join our team of Holiday Atmosphere Performers for our upcoming holiday events! These improvisational characters will bring joy & magic to guests by engaging in fun, interactive performances throughout the Zoo.
Performance Dates:
Various Dates October – January
Auditions:
Please prepare a brief monologue (1-2 minutes) showcasing your energy & character work and be prepared to engage in an improvisational exercise during the audition.
Requirements:
- Ability to engage & interact with guests of all ages.
- Comfort in character roles that require guest interaction in a public setting.
- Experience in character work, performance, or a related field is a plus.
- Flexible availability during Zoolooween & Wild Lights event dates
- Performers must be at least 16 years of age.
- Performances will take place outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong improvisational skills & a playful spirit.
- This is a paid performance opportunity & costumes will be provided.
